4. I will show you the model for your approval (structure of the building, placement of pieces and type of pieces placed)
5. I'll do the necessary revisions
6. After approval of the 3D model, I will do preliminary 3D renders for your approval
7. Once materials and colours are approved, I will prepare final renders and file/s.
