Frequently asked questions
Once we close your account you are also removed as a user from the platform. When removing a user from the platform, we delete all your account information and everything that’s linked to that account (e.g., payment and personal information used when setting up your account, orders, messages, images, files) and any other information associated to your account.
IMPORTANT: Pixecart will no longer have any records of the user being removed. If you choose to open an account with us again in the future, you will need to re-register.
Now and again Pixecart.com team may ask for a few things from you, but:
- Never give your password to anyone.
- We will never ask you by email, messages, or comments to provide us. with your password or sign-in credentials.
- We will never ask you to send your password via email.
- We will never prompt you to log into a site outside of the Pixeacrt.com domain.
- We will never ask you to download, install or run an application or open email attachments.
This is a community driven website, and it’s the Buyers and Freelancers responsibility to make sure that communication and payments are not taken outside of the Pixecart.com platform. We have these terms of service in place to protect both the Buyer and Freelancer should there ever be a dispute.
Should you decide not to abide by Pixecart’s Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, you are not only violating our Terms of Service, but this can be subjected to potential fraud and the Buyer and Freelancer will no longer be eligible to use our dispute resolution process and will need to resolve the dispute on their own.
