Community guidelines

Welcome community members. By using the Pixecart.com platform and Services, you are agreeing to comply with our Community Guidelines.

As a member of the Pixecart community, we require all users to be respectful towards each other’s views and beliefs when it comes to diversity and individuality. We encourage inspiration, create outstanding collaboration experiences, and support equal opportunities for everyone to succeed and grow within our community.

Our Community Guidelines will continue to grow and change, just like our creative community. We ask that all our community members respect and follow these simple guidelines below.


General guidelines

The examples we have set out below are what we consider as unacceptable activities and behaviors on the Pixecart.com platform. Please note that these are intended to be examples only, and not a complete list. We encourage our community members to use our ’Help & Support’ tools when encountering anything that is unacceptable.

Please don’t

  • Use the Pixecart.com platform to carry out personal attacks on community members by either calling out and/or sabotaging another user.
  • Send unsolicited messages e.g., marketing, other company’s services, marketplaces and/or platforms, phishing attempts, spam, malicious links, files and/or communication designed to cause disruption to our service or harm the company name and organization.
  • Discuss competitive marketplaces and/or platforms and/or forums, cryptocurrencies, religion, pornography, and politics.
  • Post information and share URLs about competitive marketplaces and/or platforms and/or forums, cryptocurrencies, religion, pornography, and politics.
  • Post, upload and share your personal information and URLs e.g., certificates, banking details, cryptocurrencies wallets, social media profile/s, forum/s, blogs, and website/s.
  • Post, upload and share your business information and URLs e.g., certificates, banking details, cryptocurrencies wallets, social media profile/s, forum/s, blogs, and website/s.Upload your personal and/or business and /or competitive marketplaces/or platforms information and URLs in your Pixecart public profile and or job service listings. E.g., images, videos, audio, social media profiles, forums, blogs, website, passports, certificates, payment details and driver’s license.
  • Troll and/or flame others on our social networks.Post and/or ask other users to provide their personal, identity and/or business information.
  • Post information and share URLs about cryptocurrencies, pornography, religion, and politics.
  • Upload, post and share scamming & fraudulent related information via private message, public profile, notification, and support ticket. If you are found using the platform for these purposes, you will be banned without notice.

Communicate or share any personal and/or business contact information including payment details to any community member outside the Pixecart website, inbuilt messaging, project management portal, or through any other communication channels.

They include:

  • Your personal and/or business bank account details
  • Your personal and/or business email address
  • Your personal and/or business mobile and/or landline number
  • Your personal and/or business messaging profile information e.g. Skype, FaceTime, Zoom or WeChat, etc.
  • Your personal and/or business postal address
  • Your personal and/or business street address

REMEMBER: Communicating and taking payments outside of the Pixecart ecosystem is a breach of our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and may result in your account being permanently disabled.

They include:

  • Upload any information that would infringe on another person’s intellectual property rights
  • Sell your Buyer or Freelancer account to anyone
  • Set up, create and/or develop websites, social media pages, groups, forums and/or blog pages using the Pixecart name and brand, designed to cause disruption to the service and our business operations.
  • Send Pixecart staff abusive, threatening, or offensive communication. This includes harassment and bullying behavior.

Project guidelines

Pixecart values all community member’s involvement on the Pixecart.com platform and strives to ensure that the highest professional service outcome is achieved. Should you wish to provide feedback and/or criticism to another member you must follow the following guidelines:

Feedback and/or criticism must not be:

  • Aimed at particular groups and/or people and only be related to project ideas.
  • Disrespectful towards one another during the project process. Always be professional, polite, and constructive when providing feedback or giving instructions, by making sure your message is clear and specific.

When should I contact you for help?

We encourage our community members to contact us if they feel that our guidelines have not been followed by another community member, and/or you feel that you have experienced discrimination on our platform.

Should you find yourself in this situation, please contact us by submitting a request for assistance.

You can do this by submitting a ’New Support Ticket’ with the details, and a Support Team member will contact you to assist.

NOTE: Please allow up to 24 hours on weekdays for a team member to respond to your ticket. The support center operates from Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm (AEST).

Updating our community guidelines

Pixecart reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines from time to time, to ensure that we keep offering the best possible service to our users. We recommend that you review these guidelines regularly to ensure that you continue to comply with any changes. Should you find you no longer agree with our updated Standard Community Guidelines, and/or our Terms of Service, we won’t take it personally. It means that our Pixecart creative community is no longer suited to you.

Pixecart reserves the right to terminate your account, should we find you have breached our Terms of Service and/or our Standard Community Guidelines. Your account will be either removed, banned, suspended, or blocked with or without cause, and with or without notice effective immediately.
